Sam has been my personal trainer since 2018. Not only have I seen positive results and my fitness improved , I actually enjoy it! I love the variety she can offer me with her gym equipment, weights and running outside. It’s also really great that we can talk about all aspects of my health as she is so knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and general well being.
